Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Refunds will be processed upon items arriving back at Therapy World and can take up to 10 working days to arrive. You will be notified by email when the refund has been instructed.
